3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply. Free shipping on orders over €55.00.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods. The invoice amount is due immediately.

6. Delivery

Delivery time is 3–5 business days within Germany. We only deliver to countries listed in our shipping list.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
